2. Eligibility of Return or Exchange:

We accept return if:

1. There is a size issue.
2. The item is defective.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Return or Exchange Policy for Defective Items:

We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at  orgnizerstore@outlook.com or call us at 03193940453 within three days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and a clear description of the defect.

 

4. Timeframe:

Items cannot be replaced or returned after 3 days from the delivery date.

5. Who Pays the Shipping Cost on Return

The customer will bear the shipping cost of the returned item.

Please Note: A 200 PKR fee will be charged for replacement parcels.

6. Refund:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our eligibility criteria. If it does, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 03 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.

Please Note: A 300 PKR delivery charge will be deducted for returned parcels.
